310 Designs & Development Engages 360 Sports, Inc. to Support Capital Formation for Minnesota Residential Development
310 Designs & Development, a Minnesota-based design-build and land development company, has engaged 360 Sports, Inc. to develop a capital-formation strategy supporting a planned residential development opportunity in Prior Lake, Minnesota. The parties intend to combine 310 Designs & Development's Minnesota development and construction capabilities with 360 Sports' capital-formation infrastructure to pursue financing for the proposed project.
310 Designs & Development provides residential and commercial construction, design-build services, construction management, drafting and design, and land development throughout Minnesota. Its publicly identified portfolio includes custom residential construction, multifamily development and larger planned residential communities. The company's development activity has expanded throughout the Twin Cities region. Its current portfolio includes the Walden development in Hastings, Minnesota, planned for approximately 185 residential lots consisting of single-family homes, villas and rowhomes, as well as the Strawberry Acres residential development in White Bear Lake.
Under the new relationship, 310 Designs & Development is expected to serve as the lead developer for the Prior Lake opportunity, while 360 Sports and its affiliated capital-formation infrastructure will coordinate the proposed investment structure, securities offering process, investor communications and related capital-formation activities.

The parties are evaluating a Regulation A offering through a project-specific investment fund. If pursued, the securities offering would be subject to preparation and filing of an offering statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and qualification by the SEC before sales under Regulation A may occur.
